COST OF VARIATION

Prices are based on the current costs of production and are subject to amendment by Integrated Graphics Ltd on or at any time after acceptance to meet any rise or fall in such costs and quantity required by the customer.

VAT

Integrated Graphics Ltd. shall be entitled to the amount of VAT payable whether or not included on the Quotation or Invoice.

PROOFS

Authors corrections on and after the first proof, including alterations in style etc. will be charged at an hourly rate. Proofs submitted at customers request are charged at the going rate. Because of differences in digital colour proofs and the final printed job, there may be a slight colour variation, for which no responsibility will be accepted by Integrated Graphics Ltd. Integrated Graphics Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for any errors in proofs passed by the Customer.

FOUR COLOUR PROCESS WORK

A Digital colour proof will be supplied by Integrated Graphics Ltd. for Customer approval and acceptance. Integrated Graphics Ltd. accept no liability whatsoever for errors or consequential loss if the Customer does not sign and approve said proof.

QUOTATIONS

Quotations are subject to sight of copy and if not accepted in thirty days are subject to review.

EXPERIMENTAL WORK

Experimental work or work otherwise performed at the Customers request, such as photography, sketches, drawings, scanning and materials used etc., will be charged for at the current rates.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULES

Production schedules will be established and adhere to by the Customer and Integrated Graphics Ltd., provided that neither shall incur any liability or penalty for delays due to state war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of Government or civil authority and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of Integrated Graphics Ltd and the Customer.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

This charge will be agreed upon by Integrated Graphics Ltd and the Customer.

CUSTOMERS PROPERTY SUPPLIED

(a) Customers property supplied or held by Integrated Graphics Ltd. by or on behalf of the customer including CDs, any magnetic media, transparencies, or any other photographic materials, whilst in Integrated Graphics Ltd care will be held at Customers risk.

(b) Every care will be taken to secure the best results when materials or equipment are supplied by Customers, but responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability of such materials or equipment.

LIABILITY

Integrated Graphics Ltd. shall not be liable for direct or indirect loss to the Customer, or consequentially any loss to the Customer arising from third party claims occasioned by errors in carrying out the work or by any delay in delivery.

ILLEGAL MATTER

(a) Integrated Graphics Ltd. shall not be required to involve itself in any matter which in our opinion is or may be of an illegal or libelous nature.

(b) Integrated Graphics Ltd. shall be indemnified by the Customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of legal or libelous claims from the Customer or any infringement of copyright, patent or design.

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 30 days after the date of Invoice, after which we reserve the right to charge interest at Bank of England Base Rate + 2% per month. Claims for defects, damages etc. must be made by the Customer in writing within seven days after the date of delivery. Failure to make such a claim within the stated period shall constitute irrevocable acceptance and an admission that they fully comply with terms, conditions and specifications. Integrated Graphics Ltd. liability shall be limited to stated selling prices of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special or consequential damages, including profits (or profits lost). As security for payment of any sum due or to become due under terms of any agreement, Integrated Graphics Ltd shall have the right, if necessary, to retain possession of and shall have a lien on all customer property in Integrated Graphics possession including work in progress and finished work.

NON-PAYMENT

If any discrepancies arise due to non-payment of your account, the credit facility will be withdrawn immediately from the customer, and if legal action is necessary the customer will be responsible for all legal costs incurred.

ORDERS

When an order is placed with Integrated Graphics Ltd it implies irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Condition by you and/or your companies’ representative. Order will not be accepted without an Order number and laser proofs where appropriate.
